Bocuse D’Or — world Olympics of food — launches 4-day Ultimo at Venetian: More than 400 culinary elite will be welcomed to the Venetian on Dec. 17 by celebrity chefs Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud. The competition will determine who represents the United States at the 2017 Bocuse D’Or in Lyon, France.
